Do you have stories that cross genres with weird and dark elements of fantasy, science fiction, supernatural, and horror?

The goal of this site is the resurgence of new weird fiction short stories as a marketplace for authors. We seek a combination of an interactive reading experience (through the use of comments in the stories) plus an online platform for creators to benefit by their work.

To that end, if you’re a writer, we ask that you join Morbid Ink’s list of authors (link directed toward your website/substack) PLUS add your short stories to this site.

Currently we are looking for single issue stories from independent authors. This work can range from roughly 1500-10000 words. Longer work will be serialized in chapters over several weeks (similar to the old pulp magazines of the past). Plus, we will include an author’s bio and link to their works at the end of the story.

A modest payment is given for non-exclusive rights on your story. The goal is to increase this payment as we can grow this site with more paid subscribers.
